The foundations worth getting right early.
State, tool use, coordination, portability, and oversight do not become easier after the fact. We are redefining how explicit controls might remain visible as an agent workflow becomes more complex.
Authority before action
We are redefining how the permissions, limits, and escalation paths could be explicit before an action by the AI agents.
State that holds across a workflow
We are redefining how state might persist across an agentic workflow without losing context or reviewability in a mult-agent complex task — turning stateless prompt processing into an stateful intelligence.
Agent Portability should remain a choice.
As models change, their knowlede change too — requiring the operator to adapt to new operating language. We are examining how the same Agent persona can be portable across different models and cloud environments as a research consideration.
Coordination should preserve accountability.
We are redefining how proposed handoffs could retain evidence, boundaries, and within human review.
A focused place to learn.
One proposed exercise is a bounded code reviews: inspect several pull requests, review them from global perspective within the product roadmap, suggest a change to the author, and require a person’s approval before any merge action. It is intended to clarify the questions before any PR merge direction is settled.
This workflow can extend to any collaborative environment where several Agents can author a change and then the framework keeps them governed.
